Phil Tufnell is a television personality and former English International cricketer. With over 1,000 first class wickets at an average of 29.35, Phil is an experienced and engaging speaker with a catalogue of stories and anecdotes to delight your audience. Phil has appeared on Lily Savage’s Blankety Blank, Celebrity Deal Or No Deal, They Think It’s All Over, Family Affairs, Strictly Come Dancing and he famously won 2003’s I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!
Phil spent 12 years as a Team Captain on A Question of Sport and with his effervescent personality, he has often been referred to as the ‘funniest guy in sport’. His ear for comedy led to him co-authoring “Phil Tufnell’s’ A To Z of Cricket” with journalist Adam Hathaway- a humorous take on the sport. Phil also undertakes charity work. He is the President of Cricket for Change and an Ambassador for The Children’s Trust. As a speaker or host, Phil is affable and relaxed with a natural charm reinforced by years in front of the camera.
